PRODUCT GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY

• Real Romantics guarantees the quality of every item sold in our store.
• We are a made to order business and for that reason we are unable to allow returns or exchanges. Every item is custom curated just for you when an order is placed. **Please double check your order before completing the checkout process.
• Exceptions for returns or exchanges will only be made for damaged or defective items within 30 days of the purchase date. A photo of the item with the entire garment visible will be required for either a replacement of the same item, or store credit only.
• Orders cannot be modified or canceled after checkout. This also includes shipping address updates. We are unable to change anything once the order has been received. Please double check all order information prior to completing your purchase.
